You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Need better instructions, to help novices who has never installed a bed cover.
Fit the 8' bed of my 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. Took a little time to install and tweak the geometry (to ensure a proper fit at the tailgate) but, overall, it wasn't too difficult. It's best to only loosely tighten the bed clamps, until you know the exact position where of the rail to cover the tailgate, and have it centered, left to right. With a proper positioning over the tailgate, it did fit properly at the front of the bed, near the cab; no water leaks there (nor at the tailgate).Instructions were ambiguous at times, but was able to figure things out. Better instructions would result in less time to install. Product came in a sturdy box; well protected from damage.Appears to be water tight. Haven't driven enough with it on the truck to have any fuel mileage numbers, but i expect it will definitely reduce drag at the tailgate. It appears that the crossbeams are sufficient to prevent snow from buckling it in the winter.I wanted it primarily to keep things out of sight, and prevent things from flying out of the bed.It looks nice. For the money, i'm very pleased with this purchase. Good value.
Barely used the directions as a guide. Installs easily. It goes without saying that I put it on a truck it wasn't designed for and it still went flawlessly.
Fit perfect, easy install. Held up to rain and severe winds across Kansas. No complaints
